Decorem les&amp;nbsp;galetes al nostre&amp;nbsp;gust&amp;nbsp;i les posem a coure durant 5-10 minuts a uns 180º.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;"&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;"&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"&gt;Pel que fa a la decoració de les galetes jo vaig escollir fer-ne de quatre tipus: sense res, amb sucre per sobre, amb fideus de xocolata i amb codonyat. Ara bé, la decoració ja és cosa vostra només cal que hi poseu una mica d'imaginació, sobre això no hi ha res escrit!&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Que me'n dieu del resultat? A que fan bona pinta? Afegiu la tomata i el formatge damunt. Desprès poseu-hi el que us vingui de gust, com per exemple gambes pelades i tonyina....&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Poseu-la al forn durant uns 20 min, i ja la teniu llesta per menjar!!! SOM-HI!&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color: red; font-family: Verdana, sans-serif; font-size: large;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;INGREDIENTS&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black;"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: small;"&gt;(Per fer aproximadament unes 8 creps, sempre i quan utilitzeu una paella de mida petita).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Arial;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;1.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;LA MASSA:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Arial;"&gt;200 ml de llet&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Arial;"&gt;125gr de farina&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Arial;"&gt;2 ous (sencers)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Arial;"&gt;Margarina o mantega (mitja culleradeta de postres, cada vegada que fem una crep a la paella perquè no se'ns enganxi)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Arial;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;2.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; ACOMPANYAMENTS:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Arial;"&gt;Els acompanyaments van al gust del cosumidor! &lt;span style="color: blue;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;per fer-les dolces&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt; les podeu acompanyar amb: sucre, xocolata, mel, melmelada, fruita en almíbar, llet condensada, nata gelat...&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Arial;"&gt;&lt;span style="color: orange;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Per fer-les salades&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;: amb pernil dolç, pernil salat, formatge, pollastre, verdures, bacó...etc&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color: red; font-family: Verdana, sans-serif; font-size: large;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;PREPARACIÓ:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;ol&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color: black; font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"&gt;Posem els ous, la llet, i la farina dins d'un recipient i ho batem (fins que no quedin grumolls)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Arial;"&gt;Posem a escalfar una paella plana (segons les dimensions de la paella ens sortiran les creps més grans o més petites). &lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;Important: cal que la paella no s'enganxi, sinó les creps no ens sortiran!&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Arial;"&gt;Posem la mitja cullaradeta de margarina o mantega a la paella, i la fem girar, per tal que la margarina unti tota la superfície de la paella. D'aquesta manera evitarem que la massa s'adhereixi a la superfície.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Arial;"&gt;Agafem amb un cullerot (dels de posar la sopa) la massa (la mida que jo utilizo és una mica més de mig cullerot) i l'aboquem a la paella.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Arial;"&gt;L'extenem per tota la superfície fent girar la paella com en el cas de la mantega.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Arial;"&gt;Deixem coure la massa 1/2 minut i la girem de l'altre costat&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Arial;"&gt;Un cop cuita la crep , la retirem en un plat i tornem a repetir la operació fins que la massa s'acabi.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ol&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Arial;"&gt;Per acabar la decorem al gust i la presentem com més ens agradi: cargolada, amb forma de triangle, estirada...etc.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Arial;"&gt;Bé ja teniu una recepta fàcil i senzilla de com fer les creps! border-top: medium none; border-left: medium none; border-bottom: medium none;"&gt;&lt;font face="Arial" size="2"&gt;Posar-lo en una cassola a foc lent (durant entre 45 minuts i 1 hora i mitja, fins que veiem que ens quedi tobet i tingui color) juntament amb els alls pelats (sencers) la ceba partida per la meitat i els xampinyons.&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li style="border-right: medium none; border-top: medium none; border-left: medium none; border-bottom: medium none;"&gt;&lt;font face="Arial" size="2"&gt;Un cop cuit retirar-lo del foc, deixar-lo refredar i desossar el pollastre&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li style="border-right: medium none; border-top: medium none; border-left: medium none; border-bottom: medium none;"&gt;&lt;font face="Arial" size="2"&gt;El pollastre desossat el triturem i el posem en un bol, juntament amb la ceba i els xampinyons també triturats.&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li style="border-right: medium none; border-top: medium none; border-left: medium none; border-bottom: medium none;"&gt;&lt;font face="Arial" size="2"&gt;En un pot barrejar el pa i la llet, i utilitzant la batedora triturar-lo fins que agafi una consistència similar a la bexamel (però aquesta salsa és més senzilla de fer, més barata i més pràctica!)&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li style="border-right: medium none; border-top: medium none; border-left: medium none; border-bottom: medium none;"&gt;&lt;font face="Arial" size="2"&gt;Anar barrejant , a poc a poc, el pollatre amb la salsa feta amb la llet, fins que ens agafi la consistència adequada (que no ens quedi massa clar)&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li style="border-right: medium none; border-top: medium none; border-left: medium none; border-bottom: medium none;"&gt;&lt;font face="Arial" size="2"&gt;Fer les croquetes i passar-les primer per ou i després per pa torrat.&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ol&gt;&lt;div style="border-right: medium none;
